Already left Japan?
- Use the official area list to pick the matching contact. Phone from overseas as +81, dropping the leading 0 (for example 072-455-2500 becomes +81-72-455-2500). Numbers starting 0570 or 050 are shown as printed by the airport; they may not connect from overseas.
- If the area list does not cover your loss, register with the find chat service from the official English page and submit the inquiry.
- If the item is confirmed found, ask where it is held, how long it will be kept and how it can be released. The official pages we read do not state a retention period.
- Ask whether a representative may collect it and what documents are needed. The facility decides.
- If you want us to handle the Japanese-language steps or collect on your behalf where allowed, contact us with your confirmation.
- After we receive the item, we pack it and ship it internationally. We quote available shipping methods and fees individually, and arrival dates are not guaranteed.
