Fukushima Airport Lost and Found
福島空港 · Fukushima (福島県), Tohoku (東北)
Short answer
Fukushima Airport’s official pages give two numbers for lost property: 0247-57-1511 for the terminal building and 0247-57-1200 for items left on a plane. The Japanese and English pages print different hours for these numbers, so both are shown below. If you are already home, call the terminal number, then contact us if you want help in Japanese.

Where to report a lost item at Fukushima Airport
Both the Japanese and English pages split lost property by place of loss.
| Where it was lost | Contact |
|---|---|
| Inside the terminal building | Fukushima Airport Building Co., Ltd. |
| Inside the aircraft | Your airline. The Japanese page prints 0247-57-1200 for in-flight items without naming an airline; the English page calls it the ANA contact. |
The same Japanese page lists the Sukagawa Police Station airport police box (0248-75-2121), but under “police”, not as a lost-property contact. It is not listed as a lost-property window here.

Already left Japan?
- Match the place of loss to the contact above. The official pages list phone numbers only; no online form is listed.
- Call in the +81 format (drop the leading 0). Because the two pages disagree on hours, try within the hours both pages share, or call again if the line is closed.
- If the item is confirmed found, ask how long it will be held and what is needed to release it. The official pages state neither.
- Ask whether a representative may collect it and what documents are needed. The official pages do not say.
- If you want us to call in Japanese or collect the item where the facility allows it, contact us with the confirmation you received.
- After we receive the item, we pack it and ship it internationally. We quote available shipping methods and fees individually, and arrival dates are not guaranteed.
How Lost and Found Japan can help

- Help you describe the item the way the desk asks
- Collect the item on your behalf, only where the facility allows a representative
- Pack the item and ship it internationally once we have it
