Already left Japan?

1. For the terminal building or the car park, call the Management Center in the +81 format (drop the leading 0). The FAQ lists a phone number only; no online form is listed and no hours are printed.
2. For an item left on the aircraft, contact ANA. The FAQ names ANA but gives no lost-property number.
3. If the item is confirmed found, ask how long it will be held and what is needed to release it. The FAQ states neither.
4. Ask whether a representative may collect it and what documents are needed. The FAQ does not say.
5. If you want us to call in Japanese or collect the item where the facility allows it, contact us with the confirmation you received.
6. After we receive the item, we pack it and ship it internationally. We quote shipping methods and fees individually, and arrival dates are not guaranteed.
