Komatsu Airport Lost and Found

小松空港 · Ishikawa (石川県), Chubu (中部)

Short answer

Komatsu Airport’s website was in emergency maintenance when we checked, but its Contact page still loaded. That page sends terminal lost property to the Komatsu Airport Information counter on the 1st floor (0761-21-9803) and items left on a plane to the airline, with two airlines listing a dedicated lost-property number. No hours are printed. If you are already home, call +81-761-21-9803, then contact us if you want help in Japanese.

Already left Japan?

  1. For a terminal loss, call the Information counter in the +81 format. No hours are printed, so try several times of day in JST and expect daytime hours.
  2. For a plane, call the airline. The Contact page lists a lost-property line for ANA and China Eastern, and general lines for the other airlines.
  3. Check komatsuairport.jp again later. Its FAQ on lost property was in maintenance when we checked and may say more.
  4. If the item is confirmed found, ask how long it will be held and what is needed to release it. We could not read either on the pages available.
  5. Ask whether a representative may collect it and what documents are needed.
  6. If you want us to call in Japanese or collect the item where the facility allows it, contact us with the confirmation you received.
  7. After we receive the item, we pack it and ship it internationally. We quote available shipping methods and fees individually, and arrival dates are not guaranteed.

How Lost and Found Japan can help

  • Call the Information counter or the airline in Japanese and relay the answers to you
  • Read the airport’s FAQ for you when the site is back, and update this page
  • Collect the item on your behalf, only where the facility allows a representative
  • Pack the item and ship it internationally once we have it
  • We cannot search the airport ourselves and we cannot make a facility release an item. We work within what the facility allows.

Lost and Found Japan is an independent private service. We are not an official airport, airline, customs or police lost-and-found desk. Consult with us.

Komatsu Airport lost and found: FAQ

Who handles lost property in the Komatsu Airport terminal?
The official Contact page marks the Komatsu Airport Information counter on the 1st floor as the contact for terminal lost property: 0761-21-9803 (from overseas +81-761-21-9803).
I left something on a plane at Komatsu. Who do I contact?
Your airline. The official Contact page lists a baggage and left-on-board number for ANA (0761-22-3711) and for China Eastern Airlines (0761-21-6668), and general numbers for the other airlines.
What are the Information counter’s hours?
The official Contact page does not print hours for the counter, so we do not state any.
Why is some of Komatsu Airport’s website unavailable?
When we checked on 2026-10-24, the airport’s pages showed an emergency-maintenance notice for security reasons, except the Contact page. This page relies on the Contact page only.
Does the airport say how long lost property is kept?
Not on the page we could read. Ask the Information counter when you report the item.

Not confirmed on the official pages

We do not state the following because we could not confirm it from the official pages listed below. Please ask the facility directly.

  • The airport’s FAQ on lost property could not be read because the site was in emergency maintenance on 2026-10-24. Anything it says (hours, retention, procedures) is therefore not reflected here.
  • Opening hours are not printed on the Contact page for any contact listed.
  • Retention period, proxy collection rules, required documents, shipping of found items by the airport, and fees are not stated on the page we could read.
  • The Contact page does not say whether the Information counter handles car-park, bus or other losses.
  • No online lost-property form is listed. The form on the site is a general contact form for the website, facilities and other matters.
